The JAC Innovation Award in collaboration with Young Enterprise Switzerland (YES) provides young entrepreneurs the opportunity to share their innovative business idea with established business leaders. Three start-up companies will present their business idea and ask JAC participants for seed money. The team that will raise the most funds on the conference day will receive the prestigious JAC Award.

The three teams have been pre-selected by Young Enterprise Switzerland (YES). YES is a non-profit organization, which develops and supervises practice oriented economic education programs for students with the aim to connect the economy with schools. During high school students can participate in the company program, where young people establish and operate a real enterprise. They learn how the business world functions and about the role of the entrepreneurship in our society. Each young entrepreneur assumes a function and realistically acts as such during a school year. Products are being developed and produced in order to sustain in the market, supported by the relevant medial activities. After the school year some entrepreneurs would like to carry on with their product and found their own company.
